I am Terri Drynan and I thank you for visiting my website. Here are some things you should know about me. I was born and raised in Edmonton but have resided in Leduc for the past 29 years. Prior to my very passionate career in Real Estate, I worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 15 years. I am very excited to be a part of the amazing team of associates at RE/MAX Real Estate. In November of 2017, I purchased the RE/MAX Real Estate Leduc Brokerage. This brings exciting new challenges, but at the same time I will continue providing my expertise in the following areas: Leduc, Devon, Calmar, Thorsby, Warburg, Millet, Nisku, Edmonton, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Wetaskiwin, and the surrounding areas. I am fully licensed in Residential, Rural, and Commercial Real Estate.

My credentials include the Accredited Buyer Representative designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. The ABR® requires a REALTOR® to complete extra courses related to buyers markets. I am also an educated member of the I.R.E.S.®, which allows me to coordinate and cooperate with real estate projects on a worldwide basis. In addition to Residential Real Estate, I am fully licensed to buy and trade in Commercial, Rural and Agricultural properties. Education is important to me and to the business I strive in having. Because of this, I plan to continue educating myself and taking the steps needed in order to better assist my clients.
